Shipping & Returns Policy

FREE Shipping for Orders on All Qualifying Orders in the Contiguous United States.

PLEASE NOTE:  Because of COVID-19, UPS and USPS international shipments (including Canada) have been taking an exceptionally long time to reach their destinations.  In some instances, it is taking 30 or more days.

Customers will receive free ground shipping on all qualifying orders, within the lower 48 states.  Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska qualify to receive our discounted shipping rates, but free ground shipping does not apply.  Most orders are shipped via UPS, UPS SurePost or USPS.  If you need your product delivered quickly, we offer discounted rates on 2nd Day and Overnight shipping via UPS and USPS.  Please provide request in the Order Instruction/Comments section during checkout.  We will send a confirmation email for your approval before any item is shipped.  If you prefer, we can use your UPS account to ship your order, please add your account number and instructions to the Order Instruction/Comments section during checkout.

Most orders are shipped the same day if they do not require additional customization.  Customization will add between 5 – 9 days to the lead time depending upon the type of customization or overall size of the order.  All orders ship from Santa Ana, California.

APO/FPO:
Pacific Workwear Inc. supports our military and service members. APO and FPO orders are shipped with the US post Office. Tracking is not possible on these shipments but delivery confirmation is included.

International:
International orders are shipped via the best rout and carrier option. Shipping is charged to the customer at our discounted rates.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll refund or exchange it.

Refunds:
For all other items customers have 10 days to return your item in its original unused condition for a full refund. Orders receiving a full refund do not qualify for free return shipping to Pacific Workwear Inc.

Store Credit:
For all other items, customers have 21 days to return your item in its original unused condition for a full refund. Orders receiving a store credit do not qualify for free return shipping to Pacific Workwear Inc.

Size Exchange:
You have up to 30 days to exchange a product for a different size. Exchanged item should be returned in its original unused condition. Shipping the exchange to Pacific Workwear Inc. is the customer’s responsibility. Pacific Workwear Inc. will ship replacement item to the customer, free ground shipping where qualified.

Defects:
In the rare event of a product defect, we’ll exchange the product for free.

Step 1:  Log into your store, then go to My Account.
Step 2:  Go to Completed Orders, choose the items to return.
Step 3:  Tell us about the return & Submit.
